You may take normal diet without hot chillies. But with other spices. Including green vegetables fruits and milk.

Hi, you need to eat balanced diet. You eat what you normally eat spicy/ non spicy whatever suits you. You just need to increase your diet for increased demand during breast feeding. So add one meal and take snacks in between. Take increased amount of protein in form of egg (best), non veg food or add pulses, soyabeen in your diet. You need 300kcal and 25gm protein extra. Keep yourself hydrated with 3-4 litres of fluid daily. I had heard some senior doctor saying, when you give cow's milk to baby do you ever see what cow eats. So don't worry about your food passing to baby. Baby will take only milk. Just keep yourself healthy and happy.
