I have undergone ear surgery (mastoidectomy) in 2015 for my left ear but it was never succeeded I can't hear properly with it and sometimes I get blood from it What I have to do now?

Hi, Mastoidectomy is done in cases of chronic discharging ear to remove disease (cholesteatoma. The primary goal of mastoidectomy surgery is to remove the disease as much as possible (which may otherwise lead to several complications) and not hearing preservation.In your case you may be needing a second stage surgery to remove the residual disease and hearing reconstruction.
