Sir/Mam I'm 20 years. I'm too weak & Skinny since my teen age. From almost 6 month im taking healthy food & Focusing on position things. From, Last 45 days I'm eating daily a boiled egg. I become some healthy. I want to eat daily 2 boiled egg along with meal. Is it harmful / any negatives on body & I'm Skinny too doctor. I want to improve my body. My hands are like a stick. Help me sir.

Hello, Please eat different protein every day. Do not eat only eggs daily. You can eat sprouts, milk-shakes, paneer, boiled pulses like channa, rajmah etc. You can have curd and dry fruits as snacks.
