How to get flat tummy? I use to go to park regularly. 4 KM walk and 1 km running but still not getting desired results. What should be my diet plan for flat tummy.

Hello, Ensure you are eating at least 3 hours before sleeping. Do not sleep immediately after dinner and have a very light dinner. Also, drink about 250 ml of lime water every night before bed time. This can help you in burning fat to some extent. Do more of core and abs exercise to focus on reducing tummy fat.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.
