Hello sir, I would advice you to follow a balanced diet and try to have dinner light and early at 7 and after that around 9: 30 you can have a glass of milk without sugar. Avoid fried, junk foods, sweets and desserts and avoid salt after 7. You can even consult me in personal if you need an elaborated and detailed plan to follow.
