I am suffering from hypothyroidism and I take 100mg thyronorm 1 tab daily in morning. I want to lose weight so please suggest me some diet or all fruits and vegetables that to be takr or what is avoided.

Recommended 1. Lima beans (hindi: sem phali) as it increases thyroid function, garbanzo beans, peas, collard beans, green beans etc 2. Colored vegetables -like carrots, pumpkin, squash, eggplant, etc 3. Omega 3 essential fatty acids (present in flex seeds, brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, cloves, mustard seeds powder, 4. Fruits: avocado, apples, kiwi, pears, berries, raspberries, strawberries, 5. Low-fat milk, cheese, plain yogurt, eggs, anchovies, sardines, lean beef, pork loin, turkey breast, lentils, mushrooms, bran cereal, whole grain bread, oatmeal, flaxseed oil, coconut oil 6.
