Were the ovaries are also removed? If so some hormonal imbalance could result in the weight gain. If not it could be due to physical activity. So watch what you are eating and count the calories. Never skip breakfast how ever busy you are. Try to restrict the quantity of food taken during lunch and dinner. Rough guide take sufficient quantity to sustain your day to day activity. Never skip any meal and esp. Breakfast. Avoid all junk foods and sweetened drinks. Have some physical activity like walking, jogging, dancing, yoga etc. Which will help in controlling body weight as well as for difficulty in passing motion. For constipation take plenty of water like 2.5 - 3 litres in a day. Avoid outside food.
