Hi Suma, Please eat 3 main meals + 3 snacks. During snacks, include dry fruits like dates, raisins, apricots etc, milk shakes, boiled corn, eggs, cheese, curd, nuts etc. During main meals, increase your portion size by 25%. For eg, if you eat 3 dosa, make it 4. Also, drink 250 ml milk with 1 tbsp honey every night before bed time. Also eat 1 banana everyday. Drink 3 liters of water without fail.
