Are anal fissure, piles and fistula internally connected problem I want to mean if one suffer from anal fissure then he has greater possibility to get piles? Is it possible to get 100 percent permanent cure from anal fissure by any surgery?

Hi lybrate-user Fissure and piles are two different problems. They can be together sometimes but one does not lead to another. Surgery is most successful in managing anal fissure but you need to be examined first before surgery can be advised.

All these problems can be interrelated to some extent I mean the cause is common that is irregular and inadequate eating habits if you take proper three meals plenty of water and vegetables fruits salad regularly and you are passing soft stool I hope you will not have any problem.Surgery definitely gives you permanent cure.
