HELLO EVERY 1 I AM A 18 YEARS OLD TEENAGER SUFFERING FROM OBESITY MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS ABOUT 98 KG SO I HAVE RECENTLY PICKED UP A HIGH PROTEIN (ABOUT 110 gm / day), low carb (about 20 gm/day) and low fat (about 30 gm/day) diet. My main source of protien is chicken, eggs and whey protien So can you please suggest me that whether it is good or harmful for my body i.e. Whether any of these ratio will harm my body or not. Here is my daily diet: 1. Morning (10-10: 30 am: Breakfast- 1 scoop of whey protein isolate (25 gm) protien and 2 boiled eggs with yolk. 2. Afternoon (2: 00-2: 30 pm): Lunch - 125 gm chicken 3.Evening (6: 00 pm): Before workout - 0.5 scoop of whey protein isolate (12.5 gm) protein. 4.After workout (8: 00 pm) 0.5 scoop of whey protein isolate (12.5 gm) protein and I mug green coffee (for caffeine). 5. Stir fried cabbage and lettuce. 6. Dinner (10: 00 pm)- Chicken and 2 boiled eggs with yolk. I also take I spoon psyllium husk for fibre and Vitamin Z capsule for multivitamins and multi minerals and Sevenseas Fish oil capsules. PLEASE TELL ME OUT THAT WHETHER ANY OF THE FOOD ITEMS (CAFFEINE, PROTEIN, CHICKEN, EGGS OR ANYTHING) OF MY DIET IS HARMFUL FOR ME OR IS THIS DIET HARMFUL FOR ME. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO POINT OUT ANY SINGLE THING YOU FEEL ISN'T RIGHT. ALSO I DO MY CARDIO EXERCISE EVERYDAY ALONG WITH WORKOUT. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THIS ASAP. I AM GREATLY LOOKING FOR YOUR HELP. YOUR HELP IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
