Kya sir Hiv RNA Qualitative bhi itna hi efficient hai early hiv detection ke liye jitna ki hiv RNS Quantitative hai. Maine qualitative kra liya hai mughe pta nhi tha qualitative ke bare me. To sir/ mam kya qualitative bhi bta deta hai hiv infection ke bare me jese quantitative btata hai. To iska matlab ye to qualitative se bhi advance hua ye test ye bhi btata hai ki hai bhi and agar hai to kitna hai. To ese ku boltey hai ke qualitative detect krta hai qualitative nhi .120 days after hua ye test and sath me CMIA bhi hua non reactive aya vo ye target not detected aya. Qualitative me yes or no batate bas but agar DNA RT PCR me negative aya iska matlab you do not have HIV. Relax. Quantitative me viral load dekhte but tumhare me hai hi nahi virus to zero hi aayega wo load agar karaoge bhi to but karane ki koi zarurat nahi hai.
