I always eat & sleep. Doing no work at home. All time jst sleep & watch. No physical activity. I increase my weight 39 to 53. And I eat lot of non veg things.in morning I eat one roti and in lunch I eat rice with non veg thing. I eat night one roti. I hv a lot of fat in belly area. How I cn get flat belly. As I had in past days. Plzz suggest me something.
