Today I went for blood donate. Before they checked my BP. It was showed 150/100. After I have take the 15 min Relax. After again they checked still was showing same results. They told we won't take blood from you. I am bit tension about my BP. Could you please suggest me for BP reduce. My age 27 and weight 91 kg. 5.11 height.
