Hello sir ,aged 20 my problem is when ever I see my neighbour or in my relatives or anywhere if any1 die .if feel depressed I can't come out of it very quickly. For example if any one dies from heart attack mango whole day or whole week I keep on thinking on that matter and I think that even I am gonna die becoz of heart attack .pls help me I am fed up of D's .after 15 days I will be normal .if I heard any news of expire means once again il be in depressed. What should I do to overcome this.
