I am unable to sleep well although I am taking medicines so please suggest me some better medicines.

Insomnia. Insomnia, the inability to get to sleep or sleep well at night, can be caused by stress, jet lag, a health condition, the medications you take, or even the amount of coffee you drink. Insomnia can also be caused by other sleep disorders or mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. If you are unable to fall back asleep for 20 minutes do not lay in bed and worry about not sleeping, get up and go to a space in the house to do a relaxing activity, like reading, with dim light. Do not sleep during day time, it will let you sleep much easier during night. Do not use mobile phones ,tv, laptops,it only prolongs your time.
