I am 60 years and am obese/overweight. I also have hypo thyroid over almost 12 years. I have perpetual body paid and my back/spine area and knees hurt the most. People advise exercise but when I try to do so the body pain becomes worse. Please Guide me how to lose lots of weight I'm almost 92 Kgs and height is 5 feet 2.1/2 inches. I eat little several times a day as advised but no use. Specially my stomach and hips are bloated and just don't reduce. Please Guide me on my diet through the day and some medication considering I have thyroid as the weight loss tabs are hazardous for me due to this.
