To give an "accurate diet chart" I need to know following things: her present fasting, Pp glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, present dietary patter, drugs with dosage. After going through all those details only I will be able to provide a specific diet for her. Because it has to be patient specific plan.
