Egg has protien of good biological values which is better option to be included in breakfast and 100 kg body weight is quiet high. I can not telll exact without calculating BMI. But yes you need to work on your diet intake on regular basis coz higher weight can cause other medical comorbities. So you can start up working with some good dieticians. Do not go for mono diets. U have reduce your weight slow and steady. So be carefull of market. Its full of herbal diet and supplements .so b alert.
