Hi Doctor, My age is 27, been married for 6 years with no kids, last month I got my periods on 15 of July, 28 days. But I crossed 29th day haven't get my periods. My right thigh is cramping, usually it cramps before my periods. My right nipple gives pain, navel is itching, vomiting sensation, stomach full feel, discharging while fluid little from my vagina, what its mean? Please help me. Am longing for a baby.

Dear lybrate-user, unless you do a pregnancy test, it's very difficult to tell what may be the cause for your problem. I would advice you to do a pregnancy test 15 days after your missed period. As for getting pregnant, if you do not have any functional or anatomical defect which can be ruled out by ultrasonography and hormone analysis, you need not worry as you are young. Take care.
