Dear lybrateuser, - To gain weight you have to have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, protein foods like eggs, non veg, legumes including beans, lentils, pulses, also sprouts, peas, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, light weight lifting, yoga to build muscles which can increase your weight in a healthy manner.
