Im very skinny and very lean. I want to gain weight and be as a normal man as in my age people. I don't feel hungry much. Im not able to eat lot.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, Please eat foods that are rich in protein such as milk, curd, paneer, eggs, nuts, sprouts, pulses, chicken etc. Keep eating something healthy like groundnuts or dates as snacks every 3 hours. In the main meals, eat 20% extra than normal. Drink 1 glass or badam milk or ragi malt regularly. Begin with strength and muscle building exercises as well. Ensure you are also drinking 2-3 liters of water daily without fail and practice to enjoy your meals. All the best :-)
