My personality is patalu, I tried to gain weight but failed. Tell me what should be done to gain weight quickly. I am vegetarian so what will be the ideal diet and diet schedule for me. Currently even after changing my food and taking rest sleep I was not able to gain, improve my body structure its going opposite way. My eyes are going inside like I do not eat anything. Please help to get good health gain weight. Thanks Vishal.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user Your meal pattern should include at least 3 main meals and 3 snacks. Include milk 2 times a day - morning and bed time In between snack on dry fuits, nuts, milk shakes, lassi, sprouts, corn, pulses etc. Include 2 tsp ghee in your meals Have at least 2 cups of curd daily Also include 20% extra portions in your main meals. Finally, ensure you are enjoying your meals. Its important to eat with interest so that the nutrients get absorbed by the body. All the best
