I've recently started ketogenic diet. But read mixed reviews about it. Is it safe to have this diet plan strictly?

Hi. A keyogenic diet needs to be planned by a expert and you need to take your basic blood profile to understand if its okay for you to follow. If you just follow someone elses plan or skip days or discontinue suddenly or start suddenly it could create health issues. This is a restricted diet and its possible if you totally stop it...it can cause relapse of weight gain. After expert advice you need to leran how to maintain it as well if you do not plan to follow this diet as a lifestyle.
