Hai. Am 8 weeks pregnant. My pregnancy profile show am having mild thyroid which is 3.06. My doctor gave me a thyroxine tablet. Now my query is This medication is necessary for me? And it will affect my baby? It may causes any problem during delivery? Shall I take this tablet?

3.06 is a normal value of TSH. For how long you took this medication and perform the test. If it was more before and it reduced now after taking this medications .then you have to continue this medication in pregnancy and afterwords. It is necessary for the well being of child.
