Hello sir I am 28 years male weight 80 kg height 6 ft, now I am. Having tummy so Please advise how to get flat tummy? I am married and sexually active. I am working as an computer operator with bit tight schedule So can't go to gym. So Please guide properly what to do and homely exercise. Please guide what should.

Hello if you have busy schedule n sedentary lifestyle. Then skip all carbohydrates, sweet,sugar and salt from your diet. Focus on diet. Start fibre, proteins more. Fruits all kind are good. Early morning drink 2 glass of warm water.in exercise, you should start plank n crunches only.
