Hi, I got married in 2012, I don't have any child yet, I am working insurance sector that is very tensionable job lot of pressure on me for work, I very stressed about my present as well as my future also, bcoz of that I am not well performed in sexual life with my wife, she is afraid from me, just bcoz I am unable to spent some quality time with my wife, day by day I am going away from my sexual life. My body weight is increasing from past time today I have 79 kg nd height 5'8" tall, So I want solution, what I have to do for resolution of this problem,
