I am 23 years old, since the last 3-4 months my penis size has become very small it does not remain erect, and does not become hard as earlier nor does it retain the size an erection for long, and the semen is also coming in very minute quantity. Because of which I am having problems in my life, and from this tender age I do not want to depend fully on pills, if there is any solution please tell me, the one which has no side effects and no longer course of medication. I do not want to depend entirely upon medicines.
