I'm hypo thyroid patient and taking so much care about my diet and exercise still i'm not able to control my weight.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. When on treatment with levothyroxine for hypothyroidism, TSH should be maintained < 3 mU/L, to be free from all the symptoms, including weight gain. SInce there is no mention about the TSH value, it is difficult to comment. If your efforts to reduce weight have to give results, then see that TSH is below 3 mU/L. With a BMI of 34.58 kgs /M2 you are close to being grade to obese and carrying an extra weight of 28 kgs. Thanks.
