Hi, average consumption of water on daily basis should be around 2 to 3ltrs, again it depends on your age, physical activity and diet. You can have normal room temp water. Water storage in plastic bottle is not advisable. It is good if you can store water in a steel bottle or copper bottle, keep drinking nornal water as and when you feel thirsty. Take a glass of water in the morning and at night before going to bed and keep drinking water frequently throughout the day as and when required, try to avoid drinking water immediately before and after food.
