hello sir , take high protein and high calorie diet.take milk and milk products. have small and frequent meals. don't skip your meals and breakfast specially. do stretching exercise for height and muscles. do cycling daily.take sprouts, paneer, soy milk, egg, juice with glucose , whole pulses, nutrilla, peanut butter.
