In sonography report it says" MOVING ECHOES ARE SEEN ALONG ENDOMETRIUM DUE TO UTERINE CONTRACTION" Advise AMH correlation What does this mean please help me.

Moving echoes are due to blood flowing through it and it can be present in different phases. So AMH is anti mullerian hormone which have to be tested to find the reservoir of ovulation. If this hormone is in normal limits which shows how much reservoir a female have to get ovulation or to get a pregnancy.
