I had muscle cramp on the left side back shoulder four days back. I could not turn my neck since then. Any movement to the neck creates a high pain on back shoulder and chest. Also I have a pulling feel near the left chest even when I swallow cough and sneeze. I am getting the pain in the same part many times in the last two years.
