Sir my age is 25. Height 5 ft 11 inch. Weight 82 kg. I have a problem from more than 5 years. When I was in 12th one day I saw that I urinate in toilet and after sometime black ants (makode) get collected on it. They were 10 to 15. After that urinate many times, every time I observe that black ants get collected over it. Then I thought may be I am suffering from diabetes. Then I left that matter and forgotten it without testing. Then when you took admission in college my sugar level in both urine and blood was tested ,it was normal. Then after that from then to till today I always observed that wherever I urinate, black ants and other insects get collected over it. I also changed urinating places many times but everywhere I observed black ants. My sugar level in blood has been checked many times, it is always normal and urine test also been done many times. It is always normal. Please tell what is the problem.

Good Evening Mr. lybrate-user let me start dear, with saying, it's normal for human mind to ponder over things which sometimes seems trivial. What you have seen and observed, is actually very good indeed. It shows you have the patience, to actually follow through a plan okay now, let's get to the point. As you might know, urine is a cocktail of many things. Things our body discards as excretory products, from simple sugars to compound products such as urea, Ammonia, creatinine which are indicative of many processes in out body. Based on what I have heard from you, I would simply assume you eat lot of non veg and fatty products? Please don't jump to conclusions now. I need more information, before I can actually know whether it's normal or not. Anyways, here are some suggestions to help you get going through with your problem 1) avoid eating nonveg and outside fast food for atleast a week and let me know how it holds. 2) drink plenty of water, at your body weight. It's recommended to take atleast 2.5 litres of water per day 3) start eating cucumber, green leafy vegetables and coconut water. 4) get going on any kind of physical activity. Make sure you sweat atleast for 30 minutes a day try these things for a week and get back to me, let's not jump to getting clinical tests right away. Cheers
