Dear sir/mam, I want to consume protein x powder to gain more strength for Running and to maintain body proper body fitness by doing exercises .please answer me, is the protein x powder is really helpful in such aspects .If yes how do you recommend for daily use. If not what do you recommend?

Hi Sujith.. Just check the protein content of Protein X per serving.. it is near 60 % while amway protein has 80% protein content... also soy and milk protein are the best... So my advise is to go for Amway protein powder... I am not suggesting for business. as it is easily available on amazon.in..
