I have shin splints very serious ones and I want to cure them I am taking calcium supplement and took rest but no improvement is there.

Shin pain take time. But you want quick relief then you go for Physiotherapy clinic and home advice r you take a ice massage for 10 -15 minutes twice a day it's improving healing and reducing pain.

U need to improve your foot wear along with it you need to avoid running or jogging so to avoid unnecessary load on the shin. If all this doesn't work you can get a plaster applied for the rest. Also start with vitamin d supplementation along with calcium. Apply ice packs locally. Hope this helps you. For further assistance can contact.
