Me and my sex partner tested HIV NEGATIVE by CMIA COMBO test after 9.6 weeks of post exposure (latex condom protected vaginal sex) & me alone also tested at 84th day (12 weeks) by same test and result was NEGATIVE. My questions is do I need further test in future? Or these tests are sufficient enough and conclusive?

You had normal protected sex using condom than why did you go for HIV test? Western blot method is recommended after 90 days of exposure. Consult telephonic via Lybrate for your issue.
