I am 21 years old I have mild erectile dysfunction, and no orgasm when I masturbate. I went to several doctors and they didn't find anything wrong except my liver function. My liver function test revealed that my SGPT is 125 and SGOT is 48. Could liver problem cause ED and other sexual problems like this? Or is it some other problem? I also did an abdominal ultrasound and everything was normal including my liver and prostrate. I have no libido issues, I have no tiredness or fatigue issues as well. I don't drink or smoke. Never did drugs.
