Hi I am 21 recently I made a journey of 250 km on sunlight with a t-shirt only not any jacket or helmet after 2 days of journey my face have become some acne like black colour also my hand not covering by clothes become black now some layers of skin is removing a some patches of my face nd hands Pls suggest any medicine like pills nd ointment I also heard ayurveda (AAURSH) has some creams to remove those spots is it real or allopathy be best?
