Morning (on an empty stomach: Start your day with honey and lemon juice mixed in lukewarm water. Breakfast: Brown bread, skimmed milk, wheat bran/oats/cornflakes or sprouts or fruit salads. Morning snack: Handful of almonds or walnuts + tea/black coffee/ juice.
