Swelling ni h par. Sir or madam I have injured my ankle 3 times in right foot. I think my navicular bone thodi si bahar aayi h.first tym m hee ayi thi. Fir normal life continue rkhi to koi dikkat ni hui. Pain b nhi rhta ankle sprain hone k kch din baad. Par jab earth p rkhta hu tb wo portion halka sa bahar ko girta h zhuka hua. Seriously I need go to a doctor. Pichle 1 and half year s aisa hee chal rha h.chalne m koi dikkat ni hoti h.
