I was having fever for past 2 days. I take paracetamol by myself. Even after 2 days I was not cured. So I told him to buy an antibiotic. Chemist gave him mg tablet for curing fever. I take d tablet nd slept. I was not able to sleep. For a moment I start having very bad thoughts. I google medicine nd check medicine nd it description was for sexual dysfunction. Heart failure... I was feeling d same nd I cried bcoz no one to die just becoz of mistake. I drank a lot of water to clean my system. I was unable to lie on bed bcoz I was feeling blood rushing through my heart. I watched YouTube all night to divert myself. I am feeling a bit fyn now. I am sorry whoever is going to reply this msg. I was afraid becoz I do a job at MNC nd I have my mother nd sister to look after. I live this horrible night. Pls suggest me I am going to be fyn. Do I need to special measures.

I think you are getting nervous unnecessarily. Consult physician in you vicinity and please stop treating yourself with google help. You are not going to die.
