My age is 25. Height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 80 kg. My question is that if somebody is detected with azoospermia of testicular failure. Can he marry in future and live normal sex life apart from the fact of producing children?

Yes. I think so. He can marry and havr normal sex life. He can not have children. Sometimes they may be able to harvest few sperms from your testis directly and may be able to fertile with the egg from the wife outside in a test tube and reimplant in her uterus and can have a normal baby of your own. Other option is donor insemination of the wife and she can become pregnant and deliver a child. Haridas.
