Hi, I am 29 years old male. Me and my girlfriend are having unprotected intercourse from last 1 year. Yesterday we had unprotected sex, but it was last days of her period and she thought it is over. After sex I found her menstruation blood in my sperm. Can I get HIV from it.

You can not get HIV if she is HIV negative. If she is having sex with you, unprotected, without being married to you, that too multiple times for over 1 year, then whats the guarantee that she doesn't have any other sex partner and same applies to you as well. Not only HIV, but you are risking for other 15-16 STDs as also pregnancy.
