Depression is often seen with anxiety symptoms. Heart palpitations and tremors are symptoms of anxiety. I would recommend getting all your routine blood tests including thyroid function test done and ecg. Anxiety is treated with medicines. Get a detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist. All the best!
