I am 30 years old. I have tight foreskin. 3-4 years back it used to retract but it was painful. Now it doesn't retract at all and it has become more rigid. I don't want to undergo circumcision since I like to keep foreskin intact. Also, foreskin is attached to the glans portion. It is not totally independent. Is there any other method apart from skin loosening cream by which this issue can be fixed. I don't have issues with minor operations like dorsal slit.
