I am 20 years old & my weight is 68 kg I do a lot of things to reduce my weight but it does not work at all I do morning walk then I take hot water & honey then after some time I take green tea I do a lot of exercise also my diet is also good I eat 3 chapatti vegetables & lots of salad in all the three meals I also use sona slim belt & inlife slimming gel to reduce my fat but nothing work at all I want to reduce my breast my tummy & my thighs I want to reduce my weight to 45 kg please help me out with my problems.
