Hi doctor .I am 26 years old. I am suffering with groin itch and dandruff. Consulted dermatologist. He told that it is seborrhicdermatitis. Now my main prob is bad smell at groin and scrotum .Its just unbearable. Itch can be managed but bad smell cannot .There some crusting at groin. please suggest me some drugs or remedies to geleid off that bad smell. than.
