Hello doctors, My age 22, 5.5" and weight 45 kg this me so obsessed. Am an Engineering Student and my diet is Morning: yesterday rice with curd or buttermilk Afternoon: a lunch with a curry and its in very spicy Evening: rice with Chutney or curry (basically depend upon my hungry. If want to eat, eat and if I don't want to eat, I didn't eat) night: meal with curry and curd/buttermilk Note: I didn't add any sweet my daily basis food or even on milk (if I want to drink) too. So I requesting you to please suggest me a perfect diet with hour basis. Thanking you in advance.
