Am an Engineering Student and my diet is Morning: yesterday rice with curd or buttermilk Afternoon: a lunch with a curry and its in very spicy Evening: rice with Chutney or curry (basically depend upon my hungry. If want to eat, eat and if I don't want to eat, I didn't eat) night: meal with curry and curd/buttermilk Note: I didn't add any sweet my daily basis food or even on milk (if I want to drink) too. So I requesting you to please suggest me a perfect diet with hour basis. Thanking you in advance.

you can start with any physical activity during the day like wise running/ jog / brisk walk etc. Take plenty of water during the day. Include all seasonal vegetables and fruits in your diet. take more of liquids during the day like coconut water / tomato juice/ veg soup/ veg juice etc. Take salad along with your every meal. Try to take 2 hourly meal. make a record of your weight. you can check your body constitution too for better and proper pattern of diet that will be as per your bodily parameters only.
