I am 30 years old and I am suffering from high blood pressure. Normally my bp is 170/120. 1. I am not taking any medicine. Please suggest either I should start taking medicine or not. 2. I am very much mentally disturb by others suggestions. Please help me to out of this disease. 3. If I started the medicine, then I have to take the medicine for whole life or it can be stopped. 4. Can it be cure permanently. I do not have any blood sugar problem.
