I am daily updown to college which is 18 km from my home with the bus but I am felling uncomfortable in the bus please give me any diet plan or any suggestion which is helpful for me to travel THANK YOU.

Hello, Improve on your fluid intake.Have carbohydrate and protein rich meals at regular intervals,avoid junk food.Take nuts,dried fruits,fresh fruits .
